How can I buy your software?

Once you are in your free trial, you can easily purchase from within the application using your credit card. Have additional questions? Contact sales@zingleme.com

How does the trial work?

After you request your trial, you get access to ALL features. You can invite all of your colleagues to your trial as well. After your trial is over you can purchase any of the plans.

Is the trial really free?

Yes. A credit card is not required to start your free trial, so you can try Zingle without any obligation.

What happens after the trial is over?

Your trial is your permanent Zingle account and all your data will remain intact. However, after a few months, we will release the phone number we've allocated to your trial service.

Can I change plans after I sign up?

Heck yes you can! You can switch from monthly to annual payments and you can also upgrade plans.

What if I go over my usage?

If you go over your message volume, we'll contact you and discuss pricing plan options.

What is a 'team member'?

A team member is anyone on your team who logs into Zingle. Each team member, manager or admin needs their own license. Each plan comes with a specific number of team members, however, individual team members can be purchased in-app at $25 per additional team member.

Can I purchase additional team members?

Yes, independent of plan, you can purchase additional team members for $25.00 each.

Will my data be private and safe?

Yes! We combine enterprise-level security features with comprehensive audits of our systems to ensure customer and business data is always protected. We take this very seriously.

What are the billing options?

We offer both monthly and annual billing; however, in both cases, an annual contract is required. An annual contact simply means that you agree to pay us for a term of 1 year regardless of billing terms (monthly or annual). You can pay by credit card for all plans. Choose an annual plan for the additional option of invoice billing. Contact us at sales@zingle.me to be invoiced.

How long are your contracts?

Our contracts are 12 month subscriptions or longer. Zingle is designed to be an ongoing business tool and you can make changes to your subscription plan at any time.
