How can I buy your software?

Select the desired plan, and request a price quote directly from your account executive or via an email to A representative will contact you to discuss your needs, including number of users, add-ons, message volumes, and services packages, and then generate the quote. Once received, you can accept the quote and purchase the subscription via credit card.

How does the trial work?

Once approved for a complimentary trial, you will have access to ALL features. You can invite your colleagues to your trial as well. Your account executive will be available to assist you during the trial, and help you decide on the best plan for your business if you decide to subscribe to the service.

Is the trial really free?

Yes. A credit card is not required to start your free trial, so you can try Zingle without any obligation.

What happens after the trial is over?

Your trial is your permanent Zingle account and all your data will remain intact. However, after a few months, we will release the phone number we've allocated to your trial service.

Can I change plans after I sign up?

Of course! You can switch from monthly to annual billing, or change plans. Contact your account executive or success manager for additional details.

What if I go over my usage?

If you go over your message volume, we'll contact you and discuss pricing plan options.

What is a 'team member', and can I purchase more for my plan?

A team member is anyone on your team who logs into Zingle. Each team member, manager or admin needs their own license. Each plan comes with a specific number of team members, however, individual team members can be purchased at an additional monthly cost. Contact your account executive or success manager for details.

Will my data be private and safe?

Yes! We combine enterprise-level security features with comprehensive audits of our systems to ensure customer and business data is always protected. We take this very seriously.

What are the billing options?

We offer both monthly and annual billing; however, in both cases, an annual contract is required. An annual contact simply means that you agree to pay us for a term of 1 year regardless of billing terms (monthly or annual). You can pay by credit card for all plans. Choose an annual plan for the additional option of invoice billing. Contact us at to be invoiced.

How long are your contracts?

Our contracts are 12 month subscriptions or longer. Zingle is designed to be an ongoing business tool and you can make changes to your subscription plan at any time.
